Challenge
Remote team communication was spread across Slack, Email, and Zoom. Presence was vague, and quick conversations took too many steps to start.
Approach
We set a product vision around Presence, Instant Conversation, and Connectedness. We reduced friction for connecting down to a single click and designed lightweight social features that made remote teams feel more, not less, connected.
Outcomes
Single‑click video landed. The culture features informed the direction and paying extra attention to micro-interactions helped onboard guests who where new to the platform.
